Website terms

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Property Renovation & Decorating Services is the trading name of a self-employed builder and decorator based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Contact: propertyrenovation.service@yahoo.com, 07448 421376.

Quotes

This website shows no prices. Every job is priced after we have seen it, and we give you a written quote before any work starts. The quote you accept is the one that applies.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a message or a form does not create a contract. The dates, the work included and the payment terms are agreed with you in writing for each job.

Photos and content

The large photos at the top of the pages illustrate the kind of work we do and are not photos of customers' homes. Photos in the «Our work» gallery are of our own jobs. Reviews are copied word for word from RatedPeople, Bark and Google. The text and logo belong to Property Renovation & Decorating Services.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, RatedPeople, Bark and Google. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your information

How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
